Jon Levy has been a personal trainer for 10 years and has 18 years of martial arts experience. With a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Jon is also well versed in kickboxing, boxing and wrestling and has 4 years of professional MMA experience. After suffering a career ending back injury, Jon took time off to heal and made a full recovery. In that time he became a certified medical massage therapist. Jon is currently pursuing a professional bodybuilding career while teaching cardio boxing/kickboxing and contact MMA classes at Tarzana Boxing. Jon is taking on personal training/therapy clients and creating easy to follow nutrition plans so that his clients can make complete body transformations while making health and fitness a lifestyle.
