Style Boot Camp
Our Mixed Martial Arts classes are designed to take your fight training to the next level, both mentally and physically. We can build world class athletes, fighters and confident go getters who excel in every aspect of life! Classes are broken down into, warm ups, fight strategies, boxing, judo, grappling, multiple karate and kung fu disciplines, to give each student a more well-rounded basic understanding of open hand combat. Most MMA programs teach one form of martial arts, one form of boxing/kickboxing and Brazilian judo and jiu-jitsu. If you want to fight in the ring, or just learn how to protect yourself from any type attack on the street, this program will do it for you like no other.

Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your class to quench your thirst and keep yourself hydrated and don’t eat a least one hour before your class.
