Kids Boxing & Fitness
The Youth Program combines boxing, kickboxing, and sports conditioning training into a fun, safe, action packed 1 hour long class. You can expect your children to gain confidence, be more focused, develop coordination, and build winning skills for life. Classes provide an essential introduction to martial arts skills and discipline.
The Program is designed for ages 6 – 12. Mature teens have unlimited access to the full schedule of group classes.
Tarzana Youth Boxing & Kick Boxing Program will enhance your child’s ability to focus, build confidence, learn respect, discipline, control and self-defense as they become physically fit.
Our beginners will learn basic boxing skills, including footwork and punching combinations. Join in the fun as we hit the bag, jump rope, and run! All of these activities foster better motor coordination, while helping you maximize your stamina and your strength. We provide a fun and safe environment for your children, so that they learn discipline and challenging techniques.
Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your class to quench your thirst and keep yourself hydrated and don’t eat a least one hour before your class.
