We offer free trial fitness classes in any of our specialties: cardio boxing, kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Kids Fitness, and personal training for kids and adults. The Basic format of our cardio boxing and kickboxing style workouts is:
- Warm Up
- Full Body Stretching
- Time to Put on the Gloves!
The instructor will call out and demonstrate the combinations and then you throw them. The instructor will circulate through the class and help everyone out with their form and make sure you are doing the moves safely and correctly.
The workouts end with abs, push-ups and a brief cool down.
Our cardio boxing and kickboxing workouts burn between 800 to 1000 calories per hour. Not only will you burn fat, like you would in any aerobics class, but you will also tone muscle at the same time because you are hitting a 150 lb Muay Thai kickboxing bag. You get both fat burn and resistance training without ever having to step foot on a treadmill or into a weight room again, and as an additional benefit – you will learn self defense too!

Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your class to quench your thirst and keep yourself hydrated and don’t eat a least one hour before your class.
